Transitions

do i falter when times are hard
or will strength become my friend
do i give up, run and hide
or embrace God's grace within
transitions
each journey through a season
sometimes known and sometimes not
yet always enlightening reasons
a death, a birth, a change for growth
transitions
commitments and affirmations
we rejoice in righteousness
to embrace all dedications
to believe and trust the heart
and when we fall or hit a wall
stand for strength to carry through
the pain will make you tall
and know that justice is a dove
